PAGE SCANNING SERVICES

We offer large format scanning service for your convenience.  We can scan your 12x12 pages with our professional flat bed large format scanner, and create a digital file great for magazines submissions, creating printed copies, or saving as a backup file.  We can either email each images, or have them put on a CD for a nominal fee.  Scans are $1.00 per page, minimum charge of $5.00.  CD copies are an additional $5.00 per disk.  Please allow 3-5 business days for scans to be completed. 

DROP IN CLASSROOM

Our classroom is available for drop-in use during business hours, with the exception of during private parties, classes, or promotional events.  We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability, to avoid disappointment.  Our classroom comfortably holds up to 16 people and drop-in guests are invited to use the variety of tools and diecutting equipment available.  A drop-in fee of $5.00 is charged, or is FREE with membership.  We have a large selection of commercial die cutting equipment from Accucut, and well as a large selection of personal diecut equipement from Quickutz & Provocraft.  We also offer digital equipment such as the Cricut by Provocraft, and the Slice by Making Memories, along with a large selection of cartridges for all your scrapbooking needs.    

PRIVATE PARTIES & CLASSES

We book private classes, parties, & crops to cater your specific needs.   Each party can be customized, or choose from one of our pre-planned party or crop packages.   We require a minimum of eight participants, and a minimum two hour booking.  Packages start as low as $10.00 per person, price based on product cost and length of instruction needed.    Consider us for your next birthday party, bridal or baby shower, year end party, or girls night out.  A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to confirm any party date, which is then deducted of the final total paid the day of your event.

YEARLY MEMBERSHIP

Our yearly membership provides savings and privileges for a low $25.00 yearly fee.  Your membership includes unlimited drop-in classroom use (including use of all die cutting and digital cutting equipment), plus 5% off your entire purchase...including sale items!   

FREQUENT BUYER PROGRAM

Register your name in our computer during your purchase and you will become part of our Frequent Buyer program.  For every $10.00 spent, receive one stamp.  Fill and entire card and receive $10.00 off your next purchase.  Please note our stamp program is on product only, and does not apply to classes or registrations.  Our frequent buyer program does not apply to coupon discounted items.  Please note we offer DOUBLE STAMP DAYS the first Tuesday of every month!   Thanks for choosing us, we will continue our commitment of offering you the best our industry has to offer!

OUT-OF-TOWN SCRAPBOOK RETREATS

We are host to many fabulous scrapbook retreats throughout the year.  We offer multiple dates both spring and fall, offering a great getaway with unlimited scrapbooking at a reasonable price.  Retreat registration includes two nights accommodation, five meals, snacks, and more!  We always bring store supplies and equipment for use and your shopping convenience.  Please check our events page for all upcoming dates, and feel free to call us for more exciting details! 

LATE NIGHT CROPS

Every second Friday we host Late night crops for your scrapbooking pleasure!  Come alone or bring some friends, and enjoy a night out just for you!  Our crop nights run from 7:00pm - 12:00am, and offer use of all classroom equipment, refreshments (including Starbucks coffee & lattes) and fresh baked cookies.  Registration is required, and a $5.00 fee applies.  Registration can be made in person, or by calling 780-449-0603 during store hours.  Please note payment is required to confirm your registration to any crop, class, or event, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.   Crop dates are listed on our events page or by clicking our monthly calendar.  We look forward to your joining us! 

INSPIRATION GALLERY

Please check our gallery page for some creative ideas and inspiration.  We encourage your submissions, and will post new submissions at the beginning of each month, offering each person a chance to win our monthly gift pack.  Winners will be posted at the beginning of the next month following, and will be contacted via telephone or email to claim their prize.  Please check our home page for current challenges to help with seasonal inspiration and suggestive ideas. 

COUPON REDEMPTION

We are happy to accept any competitor's coupon within it's validity date.   Please note we accept one competitor's coupon per week, therefore, the next coupon can be used 7 days from the redemption of the one used prior.  We can only accept coupons up to a maximum of 40% off discount price due to lower profit margin, than our big box competitors.  Please note coupons only apply to in-stock items, not to special ordered products.   Customers must be at least 16 to qualify for our coupon redemption privilege.  All coupons are tracked, and you must have a customer ID with us to qualify.  Coupons are not accepted on regular or digital diecut equipment or accessories; this includes Cricut, Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Quickutz, Silhoutte, Slice, or Spellbinders.  Please note, we offer an already low everyday price on these products, therefore, reason for the excemption.

REFUND POLICY

We are happy to return most items within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in sellable condition.  Refunds do not apply to loose paper, or rolled stickers, books/magazines, or opened pens, software, or ink.  Refunds made without a receipt will be searched against your customer ID, and once confirmed, will be given a full refund or store credit.  Any refunds not listed on your customer ID, will be refunded less 40% due to possible discounted purchase value. 

KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF
